摘　　要：针对现有乳化液质量监测系统缺乏对各影响因素的综合监控,无法对液压支架电液系统提供可靠保护这一情况,提出了一种乳化液综合质量监控系统。该系统可对乳化液的主要质量参数实现实时监控。该系统以防爆计算机为控制中心,实现了对步进电机、定量泵、电磁开关阀的逻辑控制以及对传感器的清洗、数据采集、数据处理、数据显示、数据存储等功能,通过程序实现了对乳化液的硬度、浓度、导电率、PH值的有效控制。该系统具有精度高、可靠性好、操作方便、维护简单的特点。Aiming to the lacking of comprehensive monitoring for each influence factor in existing emulsion quality detecting system,the paper proposes a kind of emulsion quality monitoring system to provide dependable protection for hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system.The system can achieve real-time detecting and controlling for main quality parameters of emulsion.The logic control of stepper motor and fixed displacement pump and Solenoid valve is accomplished by explosion proof computer which is acted as control center,together with the cleaning of sensors and sampling,dealing,displaying,storing of the datum.The hardness,concentration,conductivity and PH value is controlled by program effectively.The system owns the feature of convenient operation,simple maintenance,high accuracy and reliability.
