摘　　要：随着邮政公司集邮业务的快速发展,邮政集邮品的业务种类和数量在不断增加,由于邮资票品的实物性特征,导致公司的运营、查找、盘活、损益核算等工作环节效率低下。开发一套功能实用、技术先进、易于拓展的邮政集邮品管理系统不仅可以帮助企业提高管理水平和工作效率,而且可以提高邮政企业的经济效益和社会效益,增强集邮品的市场竞争力。J2EE平台正是完成这种需求的最佳方案,本文讨论了J2EE平台技术,经过详细分析,设计了邮政集邮品管理系统的一种方案。With the rapid development of postal company stamp collecting business, postal philatelic collection type and quantity of business is increasing, due to the physical characteristics of postage PiaoPin lead to the company＇s operations, search, revitalize and losses of the accounting work links such as inefficient o To develop a set of functional and practical, advanced technology, easy to expand post philatelic collection management system not only can help enterprises to improve management level and work efficiency, and can improve the economic benefit and social benefit of postal enterprises, enhance the market competitiveness of philatelic collecfion.J2EE platform is the best way to accomplish this demand, this paper discussed the technology of J2EE platform after detailed analysis, design the post philatelic collection management system of a kind of solution.
