重庆段长江水处理下蚕豆根尖细胞重金属含量分析

摘  要:为了检测重庆段长江水重金属污染的程度,采集长江水重庆段4个不同位点的水样培养蚕豆,取蚕豆根尖用湿式灰化法进行处理,并用原子吸收光度计PS-900测定其中的Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd、Hg含量。测定结果发现,同一取样点的长江水处理下,蚕豆根尖内重金属的含量与培养时间呈正相关;不同取样点的长江水处理下,蚕豆根尖中重金属含量表现为Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd>Hg;其中取自巫山九码头的水样培养的蚕豆根尖中重金属Pb的含量最高,已经超过了国家标准的限量;取自李渡长江大桥的水样处理的蚕豆根尖中Cd和Hg含量较其他水点多,表明重庆段长江水已经受到一定程度的污染,应予注意。To detect the pollution degree of heavy metals in Chongqing section of Yangtze River water,we collected water samples at four points in Chongqing section of Yangtze River to cultivate broad bean,by using wet cinefaction method and adopting atomic absorption photometer PS-900 to determine contents of Pb,Zn,Cu,Cd,Hg in the root tip of broad bean.At the same water point,the contents of heavy metals were positively correlated with cultivation time in the root tip of broad bean cultivated under Yangtze River,while at different water points,the contents of heavy metals appeared as ZnCuPbCdHg.In the root tip of broad bean cultivated in water sample collected from Wushan Jiumatou,Pb content was highest which had exceeded the highest limit of national standard,as for the root tip of broad bean cultivated in water sample collected from Lidu Yangtze River bridge,the contents of Cd and Hg were higher than those of other points,which indicated that Chongqing section of Yangtze River water had been polluted to some extent,which should be noted.
