摘  要:采用土培法,研究了喷施竹叶黄酮对辣椒生长及抗寒性的影响。试验结果表明,常温条件下,喷施竹叶黄酮可促进辣椒的生长,其中50 mg/L浓度处理效果最佳,株高较对照增加97.5%;冷害胁迫后,50 mg/L竹叶黄酮处理的辣椒叶片脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著高于对照,增幅分别为15.7%、5.3%和7.1%,说明喷施竹叶黄酮能一定程度促进辣椒生长,并能提高其抗寒性。Soil culture method was used to study the effects of spraying bamboo leaf flavone on the growth and coldresistance of pepper(Capsicum annuum L.).The results showed that spraying bamboo leaf flavone promoted the growth of pepper under normal temperature condition,and the optimal concentration was 50 mg/L with the stem length increased by97.5%compared to control treatment.After cold stress,under the treatment of spraying 50 mg/L bamboo leaf flavone,the contents of praline and soluble sugar,as well as the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were respectively increased by15.7%,5.3%and 7.1%in pepper leaves,compared to control treatment.These results indicated that spraying bamboo leaf flavone promoted the growth of pepper to some degree and increased cold-resistance capability.
