摘 要:采用盆栽的方法,辣椒3~4叶期根际施加辣椒疫霉病病原菌液后分别用清水(CK_1)、NB培养基(CK_2)、芽孢杆菌PBS-14菌液(T)处理,研究不同处理对辣椒生长和疫病发生情况的影响。研究结果发现,处理组(T)辣椒生长态势明显好于对照组CK_1和CK_2,CK_2辣椒生长态势较CK_1也明显提高;处理组(T)辣椒疫病发病率显著低于CK_1和CK_2,说明芽孢杆菌PBS-14对辣椒具有明显的促生效果,同时对辣椒疫病有明显防治效果,盆栽防效达77.27%。Using pot culture method,we applied suspension liquid of Phytophthora capsici Leonian around rhizosphere of pepper seedlings in 3-4 leaf stage,and then treated with clear water(CK_1),NB medium(CK_2),fungus liquid of Bacillus sp.PBS-14(T),to study the effects of different treatments on the growth of pepper and occurrence of pepper phytophthora blight.The results showed that pepper plants of treatment T grew obviously better than those of CK_1 and CK_2,while the pepper plants of CK_2 grew obviously better than those of CK_1 as well.In addition,the incidence of pepper phytophthora blight was significantly lower than that of CK_1 and CK_2,indicating that Bacillus sp.PBS-14 had obvious effects on promoting pepper growth and controlling pepper phytophthora blight,with control efficiencies of 77.27%under pot culture.
