摘  要:从舰船电力系统保护的快速性、选择性、可靠性和灵敏性出发,建立了衡量单个短路故障情况下的系统保护性能指标模型,并采用隶属度函数对其进行归一化,进而通过网络层次分析法(analytic network process,ANP)对整个电力系统的保护性能综合指标按工况集、故障集和性能集进行综合评价。将所述方法用于典型舰船电力系统保护方案的对比择优。计算结果表明该方法可量化各保护整定值方案在单个保护性能指标和系统保护性能综合指标下的相对排序权重,可实现对系统保护性能的直观量化描述,为系统保护方案的对比择优提供了依据,同时为系统保护性能的改进与提高指明了方向。The shipboard power system quantized protection performance evaluation set, composed of ra- pidity, selectivity, reliability and sensitivity, was built to describe the protection performance of a speci- fied short-circuit fault. Based on analytic network process (ANP), using membership functions to normal- ize the evaluation indexes, a comprehensive assessment method for assessing the entire power system pro- tection performance was synthesized by the attributes of working condition set, fault location set and pro- tection performance evaluation set. The proposed method was applied to the preferential choice of protec- tion settings of a typical shipboard power system. The results show that it can be used to quantify the rela- tive weight of different protection settings in single protection performance and in comprehensive protec- tion performance. The results delineate the direct quantification of system protection performance and could be used to select the preferential protection setting as well as a trend for performance improvement.
