摘 要:针对传统感应电机设计方法中,使用过多经验公式和经验系数,计算准确性不足的问题,提出基于电机输出转矩约束,循环迭代转子外径的感应电机设计方法。该方法减少了经验系数和经验公式的使用,根据设计转矩要求迭代确定转子外径,设计电机主要尺寸,并可以以此进行其他参数及性能计算。文中按设计步骤给出了详细的计算公式,并通过样机实验验证了设计的有效性。试验数据及相关分析表明,设计样机的输出转矩与计算值接近,误差在3%左右,且性能满足设计要求,电机效率达到91%以上,适于工程应用。本方法已经应用于普通感应电机和潜油电机设计当中。Focused on using too much empirical formula and coefficient, but lack of calculation accuracy in the traditional induction motor design theory, a new induction motor design method was presented, on the basis of rotor outer diameter iterating and motor output torque constraint. The use of empirical coeffi- c^ient and formula was reduced. Based on the design torque requirements, the motor outer diameter was de- termined and other major parameters of the motor were designed. Finally, calculation of other parameters and performance can also be finished according to these dimension. Detailed calculation formula was given and the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through the test of the prototype. The test data and the relevant analysis indicate the output torque of test prototype is close to the calculated value, with the error near 3%. Also the performance of the motor meets the design requirements, and the motor effi- ciency is above 91%, showing satisfactory suitabihty in engineering application. As a result,the presen- ted method has been used in ordinary induction motor and submersible motor design.
