摘 要:该文研究了以填埋为可能处置途径的盐酸四环素废水剩余污泥对环境的生物毒性效应及未来填埋过程中对重金属的截留作用。该污泥中四环素含量为1 367.12μg/g,在水中2 h后的四环素浸出量为13.883μg/g,24 h增加至20.834μg/g。经250℃处理后污泥浸出液中四环素含量显著减少,2 h为2.459μg/g,24 h为2.912μg/g。通过对斜生栅藻及502发光菌的抑制率,确定污泥毒性等级为Ⅰ级、微毒。研究了pH、时间和温度因素对Cu^(2+)的吸附性能影响。结果表明,污泥对Cu^(2+)具有良好的吸附能力,在p H范围3~7内,温度范围在15~30℃,接触时间达到90 min时,污泥去除Cu^(2+)的效率能到90%以上。通过研究可知,高温对污泥中的四环素有较强的削减作用,且污泥对Cu^(2+)有良好的截留能力,因此建议发酵类抗生素废水剩余污泥经高温处理后填埋。This paper studies the toxicity and adsorption capacity of Cu^2+ of tetracycline hydrochloride wastewater sludge in future landfill process. 1 367.12 μg/g tetracycline was contained in the tetracycline hydrochloride antibiotics wastewater excess active sludge which released 13.883 μg/g tetracycline after 2 hours leaching,then increased to 20.834 μg/g after 24 hours. After drying at 250 ℃ the tetracycline decreased to 2.459 μg/g and 2.912 μg/g after 2 hours and 24 hours respectively. The toxicity was in Grade I,which was slightly toxic through monitoring the inhibition rate of Scenedesmus obliquus and 502 luminescent bacteria. Adsorption experiments were carried out to study the sorption effect of Cu^2+ under different p H,contacting time and temperature. The high adsorption of Cu^2+ above 90% was obtained at p H 3.0 -7.0,temperature from 15 to 30 ℃ and contact time on 90 min. It was found that high temperature can destroy tetracycline in the sludge and the sludge has a good adsorption ability of Cu^2+ ,thus suggested the fermentation antibiotic wastewater sludge would be landfilled after high temperature pre-treatment.
