摘 要:【目的】研究链霉菌JD211对水稻秧苗形态生理特征的影响,为其在水稻育秧上的合理利用提供理论依据。【方法】以水稻春光1号和链霉菌JD211为试验材料,采用塑料桶旱育育秧方式,设0(CK)及1、5、10、15、20、25g/kg链霉菌JD211处理,每处理6桶,每桶落谷量120粒,加水室温下孵育2 d,于秧龄20、30 d时测定秧苗形态生理指标。采用隶属函数值法综合评价链霉菌JD211的应用效果。【结果】与对照相比,在同一生育时期,接种低浓度链霉菌JD211的水稻秧苗在叶长、叶宽、苗高、整齐度、基宽、主根长、根数、白根数、根活力、地上鲜重、地下鲜重、根冠比、充实度、茎叶NPK积累量、茎叶及根可溶性糖含量等方面均存在明显优势。隶属函数值法综合评价分析结果表明,秧龄20 d时链霉菌JD211接种量为1 g/kg处理组的综合得分最高,其次是接种量为10和5 g/kg处理组;秧龄30 d时接种量为1 g/kg处理组的综合得分最高,其次是接种量为5、15 g/kg处理组。【结论】当链霉菌JD211固体菌剂接种量为1 g/kg时能够促进水稻秧苗生长,明显提高秧苗的综合素质,可在水稻育秧中推广应用。[ Objective ]The effects of Streptomyces strain JD211 on morphological and physiological characteristics of rice seedling were investigated, in order to provide theoretical basis for rational utilization of strain JD211 in raising rice seedlings. [Method]The experiment was carried out with Chunguang 1 as rice cultivar materials and Streptomyces strain JD211 as solid microbial agent. The rice seedlings were dry-raised in plastic bucket containing 10 g rice powder (CK)or different concentrations of strain JD211 (1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 g/kg) solid agents, respectively, with 6 replications for each concentration treatment. A total of 120 rice seeds were sowed in every bucket, which were incubated at the same condition for 2 days. Then the morphological and physiological indicators of seedlings were determined at the age of 20 and 30 days. The membership function value was used to evaluate comprehensively effects of Streptomyces strain JD211 solid microbial agent on rice seedlings. [Result]The results showed that, in term of leaf length, leaf width, plant height, uniformity, stem width, main-root length, numbers of root and white root, root activity, aboveground fresh weight, underground fresh weight, root-shoot ratio, grain plumpness, NPK accumulation of stem and leaf, content of soluble sugars in stem, leaf and root, the seedlings inoculated with low concentrations of strain JD211 solid agent were significantly superior to control at the same age. The evaluation result of membership function value indicated that the highest comprehensive score of rice seedlings was obtained by inoculating seedlings with 1 g/kg strain JD211 solid agent at the age of 20 days, followed by score of rice seedlings inoculated with 10 and 5 g/kg strain JD211 solid agents. However, the highest comprehensive score of rice seedlings was obtained by inoculating seedlings with 1 g/kg strain JD211 solid agent at the age of 30 days, followed by score of rice seedlings inoculated with 5 and 15 g/kg strain JD211 solid agents.
