摘  要:【目的】筛选高单宁产量黑荆优良家系,为栲胶用黑荆品种遗传改良及品种选育提供理论依据。【方法】对黑荆试验林全部林木进行每木检尺,采用GB 2615-1981栲胶原料与产品检验方法(皮粉法)测定其单宁含量和纯度,分析黑荆家系单宁产量、树皮干重、树高、胸径和材积等生长性状间的差异及其相关性。【结果】黑荆家系间树高变幅较小,差异不显著(P>0.05);家系间的材积及树皮干重在0.1水平下差异显著;胸径及单宁产量在各家系间差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01);相对于树高和胸径,树皮干重和单宁产量是遗传变异较大的性状,变异系数均在63.00%以上,具有丰富的选择基础。相关分析结果表明,单宁产量与树皮干重、树高、胸径、材积等生长性状间存在中度或高度正相关。以单株单宁产量为主要选择指标,单株材积为辅助选择指标,共选出8个优良黑荆家系可用于生产,入选家系的平均单宁产量及平均材积分别比参试家系总平均值高39.07%和30.72%。【结论】在黑荆育种进程中可同时考虑对生长性状和单宁产量进行改良。[Objective]The fine Acacia mearnsii families with high-yield tannin were screened, in order to provide theoretical basis for genetic improvement and variety breeding of Acacia meamsii for extracting tannin. [Method]The growth volume and bark thickness of 47 half-sib A. mearnsff families tree were measured in Guangxi Huangmian forest farm. And the content and purity of tannin were determined by GB 2615-1981 testing method of tannin extract raw materi- als and products (hide powder method). Then the differences and correlations among different growth traits viz., tannin yield, dry weight of bark, tree height, DBH, timber volume and so on were analyzed. [Result]The results showed that a- mong A. mearnsii families, there were nonsignificant differences in tree height(P〉0.05 ), there were significant differences in timber volume and dry weight of bark at 0.1 level, there were significant differences (P〈0.05) or extremely significant differences in DBH, tannin content and yield(P〈0.01 ). Compared with tree height and DBH, the variation coefficient of dry weight of bark and tannin yield was more than 63.00%, so more genetic variations existed in dry weight of bark and tannin yield, it indicated that there were wide bases for choice. The result of correlation analysis showed that tannin yield was moderately or highly positively correlated with bark dry weight, tree height, DBH and timber volurne. In addition, a total of eight superior families were selected by using tannin yield as main index and individual timber volume as auxiliary index. The average tannin yield and timber volume of selected families were 39.07% and 30.72% more than overall average of tested families, respectively. [Conclusion ]Both tannin yield and growth traits should be improved simultaneously in the breeding progress.
