摘  要:针对大开孔耐压球壳,为降低设计变量维数,采用灵敏度分析完成了设计变量的筛选,设计了参数化的大开孔耐压球壳极限强度求解流程,该流程可实现设计变量样本点的自动连续计算,采用响应面模型将试验设计样本点与响应值拟合得到了大开孔耐压球壳近似模型,建立了大开孔耐压球壳多目标设计优化模型,采用第二代非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)进行了该优化问题的求解,采用最小距离法确定了大开孔耐压球壳优化的设计方案,与初始设计方案相比优化设计方案优化结果明显,为大开孔耐压球壳设计提供了参考。In view of the large opening pressure spherical shell, in order to reduce the dimension of design variables ,the screening of design variables will be completed by using sensitivity analysis ,the parametric solving process of large opening pressure hull ultimate strength will be designed, which can realize the automatic design and continuous calculation of variable sample points, the large opening pressure spherical shell approximation model will be fitted the data of sample points and response values by using response surface model, the multi-objective optimization model of large opening pressure spherical shel will be established, and the optimization problem will be solved by using of generation of nondominated sorting genetic algorithm ( NSGA- 11 ), the design scheme is determined by minimum distance method, compared with the initial design scheme the optimization design scheme optimization' s result is obvious, provides reference for large opening pressure spherical shell design.
