摘 要:针对热分析炉因补充空气导致温度场均匀性差的问题,运用ANSYS CFX对热分析炉体结构进行了优化研究。首先,建立热分析炉三维传热模型,求解、验证了炉内的温度场分布;然后根据进气口正上方温度梯度大的特点,设计了气流挡板结构减少气体扰动,并对不同孔径的进气口和不同直径挡板的炉内温度场均匀性进行仿真。模拟结果表明,进气口孔径8mm、挡板直径50mm的热分析炉具有更好温度均匀性,并通过实验验证了优选模型,为热分析炉设计提供了参考。Thermal analysis furnace has poor temperature uniformity for air is flowing into it. ANSYS CFX software is used to research the structure of thermal analysis furnace. Firstly, three-dimensional model of thermal analysis furnace is built, and then the temperature field is solved and verified. According to the characteristic of temperature gradient is great above the intake, the gas flow block is designed to reduce gas disturbance. And the temperature uniformity with intake and block in different diameters is simulated. It is concluded that: thermal analysis furnace with intake of 8mm in diameter and block of 50mm in diameter has the best temperature uniformity. The experiment proves the feasibility of the optimization model and provides reference for the design of thermal analysis furnace.
