摘　　要：论述了热病传遍的三个层面:表,半表半里,里。在伤寒及温病的传遍中存在少阳气分、气血两燔、表里同病三种半表半里证,以及伏邪温病第4种半表半里证的表现形式,治疗的关键在于调整气机的升降、出入。This article states the three levels of fever disease spread： exterior,semi-exterior-interior,and interi- or. There are 4 types of semi-exterior-interior syndrome in the spread of typhoid fever and febrile disease： shaoyang qi system, qi-blood vigorous heat, exterior interior concur disease, and warm disease caused by incubat- ing pathogens. The key to treatment is to adjust the lift and access.
