解毒止痒方治疗登革热皮疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟解毒止痒外洗方治疗登革热皮疹的临床疗效。方法 80例患者随机分为试验组42例和对照组38例。对照组给予西医对症治疗;试验组在对照组治疗基础上给予解毒止痒方外洗,观察两组治疗前后皮疹疗效分级、中医症候评分。结果试验组的皮疹恢复总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的86.84%(P<0.05);试验组中医症候评分改善也明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。两组治疗前皮疹中医症候评分、生活质量评分差别不大(均P>0.05)。治疗后两组皮疹中医症候评分、生活质量评分均较治疗前改善(均P<0.001),且试验组优于对照组(均P<0.001)。结论中药外洗治疗登革热皮疹能显著缓解患者皮疹瘙痒程度,缩短皮疹消退时间,提高其生活质量。。Objective： To study the effect of Jiedu Zhiyang Decoction on the skin rashes of Dengue fever. Methods： A total of 80 Dengue fever patients meeting the recruiting standard were randomly assigned into the control group （n=38） and the study group （n=38）. Patients in the control group received standard Western medicine treatment according to the diagnosing and treating guidelines of Dengue fever. In addition to the same treatment in the control group ,patients in the study group received Chinese herbal medicine washing treatment Jiedu Zhiyang Decoction on the skin rashes. The clinical effects and total effective rate of both group were mea- sured after the treatment. The TCM sydrome scores and quality of life scores were also recorded as outcome mea- surements. Results： The results showed that the total effective rate of the study group （97.62%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（86.84%） （P= 0.03）. Statistical reduce was observed in TCM symptoms and quality of daily life scores （P〈 0.0001 ） in the control group. Conclusions： Jiedu Zhiyang Decoction can signifi- cantly reduce the fading time of the skin rashes and the degree of itching in Dengue fever patients and improve their life quality.
