中药复方穴位贴敷治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方穴位贴敷(通冠散)结合常规西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将稳定型冠心病患者100例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组给予西药以扩张冠状动脉,抗血小板聚集,减轻心肌耗氧治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用本院自制中药复方通冠散穴位贴敷。两组疗程均为1月。结果两组患者在心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及硝酸甘油用量上均有所改善(P<0.05);两组比较,治疗后治疗组在心绞痛发作次数及硝酸甘油用量改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为82.00%,高于对照组之60.00%(P<0.05)。对照组在治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)的代谢改善方面无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组在降低TC、TG、LDL方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药复方穴位贴敷能明显提高患者的生活质量,减低硝酸甘油片服用量,减少心绞痛发作频率及发作时间,疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Chinese herbal compound （Tongguansan） combined with conventional Western medicine treatment on Stable angina pectoris of coronary disease. Methods： 100 cases with stable coronary disease were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 50 cases in each. The control group was given Western medicine to expand coronary artery, anti platelet aggregation and reduce myocardial oxygen. The treatment group,on the basis of the control group＇s treat- ment,used hospital-made Tongguansan. The treatment course lasted for 1 month. Results： In the angina attack frequency,duration and dosage of nitroglycerin,two groups of patients were improved （P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.00% ,the control group 60.00% ,and the difference was statisti- cally significant（P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in TC ,TG and the metabolic improvement of HDL- C and LDL-C before and after treatment in the control group （P〉 0.05）. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing TC,TG and LDL,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of HDL-C （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint Application of Chinese herbal compound remarkably improves the quality of life of patients,reduces the amount of nitroglycerin tablets and the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack,with definite effect.
