摘　　要：为了解决乌兰木伦选煤厂矸石细泥处理效果不理想,滤饼灰分高而污染精煤的问题,对浓缩系统、压滤系统工艺进行综合设计。经此设计与改造后,实现了矸石细泥的单独处理,系统药剂消耗量降低,压滤设备脱水效果大大提高,商品煤的发热量得以提升。To separate reject slime efficiently, improve clean coal affected by high -ash filter cake, the comprehensive modification on thickening and filter pressing system to process reject slime alone. The application shows that dewatering function of filter press is greatly improved, with lower reagent consumption in the system and high calorific value of coal product.
