摘　　要：技能人才是职工队伍的重要组成部分,是引领和拉动经济社会发展的核心力量和关键要素。加强首都职工技术技能提升有重要意义。目前,首都职工素质建设工程技能培训发展面临一些问题,需要在培养工作体制、投入保障机制、激励考评体系等方面采取相关措施。Skilled personnel is an important part of the staff and workers and it is the core strength and key elements in leading and stimulating economic and social development. It has important significance on strengthening technical skills of capital workers. At present, it has some problems on skill training and development of Self-development for Beijing workers. We need to take relevant measures on aspect of the work system, protection mechanism, incentive system and so on.
