安徽省赤练蛇野生群体遗传多样性分析

摘  要:利用mt DNA控制区(D-Loop)序列作为分子标记,对安徽省野生赤链蛇6个野生群体14个个体的遗传结构进行了分析。结果表明,赤链蛇D-Loop序列长690 bp,6个种群共检测到变异位点20个,占全部序列的3.42%,14个个体共检测到6种单倍型。采用邻接法(NJ法)对所有单倍型进行系统发育树构建,结果表明:安徽省野生赤链蛇可以分为3支,大别山区和皖南山区各1支,淮北、江淮丘陵及沿江为1支。In this study, the mitochondrial DNA control region (D- Loop) was used to analyze genetic diversity and structure of 6 natural populations of Dinodon rufozonatum collected from Huangzangyu, Tushan, Huangpush- an, Tiantangzhai, Jinshan and Hongcun separately. The results showed the length of this region (D -loop) con- tained 690 bp nucleotides and the A, C, T and G contents were 32.3%, 24.8%, 27.9% and 15.0% respec- tively. 20 nucleotide sites and 6 haplotypes were found in 6 wild populations of Dinodon rufozonatum. Molecular phylogenetic tree constructed by NJ method showed individuals from the different populations did not cluster to- gether. These results suggested wild Dinodon rufozonatum from Anhui could be divided into three branches, which were the Dabie Mountains and mountainous area of Southern Anhui, Huaibei, hilly areas between Yangtze River and Huaihe River and along the Yangtze River resoectively.
