摘　　要：我国社科学术期刊目前面临经费紧缺、结构不合理、人才流失严重、规模小、发行量低等种种困难和问题。针对这种困境,社科期刊应贯彻国家新闻出版广电总局、教育部等五部门《若干意见》提出的评价期刊论文的重创新性和社会价值为主的标准,采取保证期刊品质、提升期刊特色、打造期刊品牌;转变思想,不断创新;建构技术平台,顺应信息技术可发展,分析社科学术期刊今后的发展走向等措施,才能提高期刊的竞争力,有效解决社科学术期刊所面临的问题。Currently, the journals of social sciences in China are trapped in such difficulties as shortage of capital, unreasonable structure, serious brain drainage, and small circulation due to their small scale. To deal with this situation, they should implement the Opinions, proposed by the five relevant departments, that the creativity of the papers issued in journals should be given top priority, and the standard should be played on their social value. Besides, the journals should highlight their features and cultivate journal brands while keeping their quality, change their minds and constantly carry out creation, develop technology platforms and cater to the needs of market based on the analysis of the future. Only through these measures can the journals improve their compatibility and solve the problems effectively.
