An Investigation of Improving the Doctor-Patient Relationship From the Information Symmetry Perspective——Taking Public Hospitals in Jiangsu as an Instance

摘  要:通过查阅文献和卫生年鉴,从信息对称角度,整理评价近5年来江苏省公立医院改善医患关系的对策和举措。医学信息的复杂性与高技术壁垒,导致医患间信息不对称,而医务人员工作超负荷、网络媒体信息真假难辨、医学教育培训人文缺失,为信息传播中最大阻力,信息受众复杂性也加剧了信息不对称,直接影响和谐医患关系的构建。增强信息对称性,首要是实现医患间高效沟通;政府应构建权威信息共享平台,广泛传播医改和相关医学知识,不断完善相关法规;医院需要从医疗服务内外两个维度增进信息对称性,并不断优化继续医学教育的相关内容。The situation of the public hospitals in Jiangsu province in how to improve the quality of medical service and doctor - patient relationship, as well as their existing problems between doctors and patient were investigated. From the information symme- try perspective, the ways to deal with and the measures for improving the doctor - patient relationship in recent five years in public hospitals of Jiangsu Province were evaluated by reading the literature and health review. The results showed that the serious asym- metry of information affects the construction of a harmonious doctor - patient relationship directly. The complexity and high tech- nical barriers of medical information led to the asymmetric information between patients and physicians. The biggest obstruction in informatian dissemination has been the overload of medical staff$ work, undistinguished true or false in network media information and deficiency of humanism in medical education training. The complexity of information receiver also aggravated the information asymmetry. To enhance the information symmetry, we should achieve efficient communication between patients and physicians at first place. The government should build information sharing platform to extensively spread health care and related medical knowl- edge, and improve the relevant laws and regulations; Hospitals need to improve information symmetry from two dimensions of medical services, both inside and outside, and constantly optimize the content of the continuing medical education.
