盐城地区固定无偿献血者队伍的研究分析

摘　　要：目的探索固定无偿献血者的招募与保留措施，进一步加强固定无偿献血者队伍的建设与管理。方法从盐城市中心血站2011—2013年固定无偿献血者的相关资料统计分析该地区固定献血者人群的组成特点。结果2011—2013年间固定无偿献血者人数每年明显增长，男性A、B、0、AB血型组成比例基本一致，献血次数以4～10次人群为多，≥10次的较少，18—30岁青年人数有逐年下降趋势，固定献血者中以31～50岁中青年为多，〉55岁比例逐年增多。固定献血者队伍中以高中生最多，初中以下和中专献血人群比例较小，研究生以上高学历人群更少。固定献血者中以工人最多，其次是农民、教师、医务人员、公务员，公务员和干部逐年在增长，学生呈逐年下降趋势，军人献血比例较小。市区固定献血者人数最多，其次为东台、大丰，各采血点固定献血者人数总的呈增长趋势。结论该市固定献血者队伍人群的组成有地区特点，通过对这些人群组成特点的分析研究，为更好地、有针对性地制定固定献血者的宣传保留工作打下基础。Objective： To explore the measure of recruiting and reserving a team of regular blood donors and strength the team construction and management by analyzing the present status of the team. Methods ： The statistics of the group of regular blood donors of Yancheng area from 2011 to 2013 were collected and analyzed from sex, blood type, times of donation, occupation, degree of education, regional distribution. Results： The number of regular blood donors from 2011 to 2013 is increasing. There were more male donors are than female donors. The proportion of the types of A, B, O, and AB was basically the same size in the last three years. The largest number has been the regular blood donors who donated about 4 -10 times, while there were fe- wer donors who donated I0 times. The number of donors aged from 18 -30 has been declining year by year. Most of regular blood donors were those from 31 - 50 of age. The rate of those aged 55 and above has been increasing year by year. The largest number of the regular blood donors in Yaneheng area has been the team of people who graduated from senior middle school fol- lowed by the team of the people who graduated from junior middle school and technical secondary school. There were even fewer people who received higher educated like graduate students. The most of regular blood donors are workers, followed by farmers, then teachers, medical staffs, civil servants; The number of civil servants and leaders who donated blood regularly is increasing while the number of regular blood donors from college students is declining. The number of blood donors from soldiers has been the smallest. The most of regular blood donors has been from the urban area of the city, while Dongtai county ranked the see- and, and Dafeng county the third. The number of the blood collection points has been increasing. Conclusion ： The composition of regular blood donors in Yaneheng City is of regional characteristics.
