摘 要:针对车控设备缺少故障诊断设备,影响部队战训任务的问题,设计并实现复杂车控设备的智能自动诊断系统。设计基于原理和故障树分析的车控设备故障诊断硬件平台,综合运用故障树诊断、模块化并行软件控制等技术,开发诊断软件。实际应用结果表明:该系统实用、检测全面,能实现复杂车控设备的智能自动诊断,节约维修时间和经费,满足车控设备故障诊断定位及维修支持的需求,对提高发射车的完好率和出勤率具有重要的军事经济效益。According to the deficiency of fault diagnosis equipment of the vehicle control system, it influences readiness and training of the army. Design and realize intelligent automatic diagnosis system of complex vehicle control system. Hardware platform of the vehicle control system based on principle and fault tree analysis and diagnosis software is designed, and develop diagnosis software by comprehensive using technology of fault tree diagnosis and software control based on modular parallel. The application results show that the system is practical and comprehensive, it realizes intelligent automatic diagnosis of complex vehicle control equipment, save maintenance time and cost, and satisfies requirements of fault diagnosis location and maintenance support of vehicle control equipment. The system has important military economic benefits for improving launch vehicle availability and attendance rate.
