摘 要:为保证炮弹在动态交接过程中炮弹速度的平稳性和交接的准确性,分析供弹交接单元中拨弹轮齿数对炮弹交接过程的影响。以某小口径自动机无链供弹系统为例,建立供弹交接单元的动力学模型,对拨弹轮在不同齿数情况下进行炮弹交接仿真分析,得到炮弹速度曲线图,并分析了炮弹与拨弹轮之间的碰撞力。仿真结果表明:拨弹轮齿数的不同对炮弹在不同单元之间的交接有直接的影响,当前后交接单元齿数相同时,炮弹交接速度最平稳可靠。随着供弹速度的不断提高,炮弹与拨弹轮之间的接触力也不断增大。In order to ensure the artillery shell speed stability and the accuracy of the handover in the process of dynamic transition, the influence of gear teeth number on the transfer process is emphatically analyzed. Taking a small caliber automatic linear chainless feeding system as an example, the dynamic analysis model of the transfer unit is established. Under the condition of different number of teeth for shell transition simulation analysis, getting projectile velocity curve, and carry on the analysis to the shell and plucking round between the collision force by transferring simulation analysis. The results show that pluck wheel with different number tooth has direct influence to the transition between different units. When the transfer unit teeth at the same time, shell delivery speed is the most stable and reliable. With the constant improvement of the speed, contact force between shell and dial wheel is also increasing.
