摘 要:目的研究64层螺旋CT与超声心动图测量左心室功能参数的一致性与相关性,评价螺旋CT评估左心室功能的临床应用价值。方法采用64层螺旋CT对67例冠心病患者进行冠状动脉CTA检查,应用心功能分析软件测量左心室功能参数:收缩末期容积、舒张末期容积及射血分数,并与超声心动图结果比较。结果 67例患者检查均获得成功,64层螺旋CT与超声心动图测量左心室功能参数:收缩末期容积、舒张末期容积及射血分数有良好的相关性(r值分别为0.85、0.87及0.76)。结论 64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像可以同时评价左心室功能,是特定患者的一个可行的替代方案。Objective To study the correlation and consistency between 64 - slice computed tomography and echocardiography in detecting left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease, and to evaluate the clinical application value of 64 - slice computed tomography. Methods Consecutive patients ( n = 67 ) with coronary heart disease who underwent ECG - gated contrast - enhanced 64 - slice computed tomography for the evaluation of the coronary artery were included. All patients underwent additional echocardiography in 48 hours. Original data were reconstructed at 0%, 5%, 15%, 25%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55%, 65% , 70% , 75% , 85% and 95% throughout the cardiac cycle. EDV, ESV and EF were calculated by using software (Comp. Cardiac V4. 5, Extended Brilliance Workspace) automatically. Inlet- technique agreement was tesled through linear regression. Re- sults MSCT was performed successfully in all patients. Close correlations between MSCT and echocardiography were observed regard- ing left ventrlcular function ( r = 0. 85, r = 0. 87 and r =- 0. 76 for EDV, ESV and EF respectively, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Quanti- tative assessment of left ventricular function is feasible by using 64 - slice computed tomography. This technique may represent a valua- ble alternative in selected patients.
