产前超声诊断脐带囊肿的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨脐带囊肿产前超声声像图特征及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析23例脐带囊肿的超声资料及妊娠结局。结果 23例超声均表现为脐带内囊性包块,其中16例合并胎儿畸形,最常合并的畸形为脐膨出(9/23)。继续妊娠的7例未合并胎儿畸形的病例中,2例合并胎儿宫内生长受限及脐动脉血流频谱异常,新生儿为早产儿、小于胎龄儿;5例为单纯脐带囊肿,新生儿均未见明显异常。结论脐带囊肿合并胎儿畸形的可能性极大,超声检查发现脐带囊肿时需仔细检查胎儿是否合并其他器官的发育畸形。单纯脐带囊肿预后好。Objectives To investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of prenatal ultrasound imaging of umbilical cord cyst, Methods The ultrasonographic data of 23 cases of umbilical cord cyst treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Re- sults Of the 23 cases, whose umbilical cord cysts were detected by ultrasonography, 16 cases had fetal abnormalities. The most common abnormalities was omphalocele （9/23）. Of the 7 cases with no abnormalities, 2 cases were found with intrautrine growth re- striction as well as abnormal umbilical artery flow spectrum, and the newborns were premature. Neonates of the other 5 cases with sim- ple umbilical cord cysts were normal. Conclusions Umbilcal cord cyst was usually complicated with fetal abnormalities. Once the umbilical cord cysts were detected, systematic ultrasonographic examination should be taken to exclude other organic malformations. The prognosis of simple umbilical cord cyst is of great use.
