铝灰中氧化铝的活性研究

摘　　要：通过扫描电镜对铝灰中氧化铝和砂状氧化铝的活性进行对比分析,发现铝灰中的α-Al_2O_3非常稳定,活性较差,在铝电解的工艺条件下很难将其电离,不宜将铝灰返回铝电解槽循环使用。The activities of a aluminum ash and a sandy alumina are analyzed,using scanning electronic microscope. It is concluded that α-Al2O3 in the aluminum ash is very stable and its activity is very poor,which is difficult to ionize in the aluminum electrolysis process. So it is not favorable to return the ash to the aluminum reduction cellby recycling.
