高校共青团服务大学生创业的路径创新

摘　　要：相较于其他组织而言,高校共青团更有可能赢得大学生的信任,更能为大学生的成功创业提供足够的支持资源和服务载体。但当前高校共青团在服务大学生创业过程中依然存在着一些突出的问题,例如实践阶段配套服务力度较弱,服务活动之间的协同性有待加强,创业服务活动过程未能很好地兼顾实践性,等等。高校共青团应该在加大创业实践阶段的配套服务、提升服务活动之间的协同程度以及增强服务活动的实践性等方面下工夫,更好地完成高校共青团服务大学生创业的组织使命。Compared with other organizations, the Chinese Communist Youth League（the C.C.Y.L.） organizations in universities show advantage of gaining students＇ confidence, and provide more supportive resources and service carriers for them to begin entrepreneurship.However, nowadays the C.C.Y.L. organizations in universities still have some obvious problems during the process of serving college students to begin their entrepreneurship such as weak service in practice stage, weak coordination between service activities, weak focus on practice during the course of service activity process, and so on. The C.C.Y.L. organizations in universities should make great effort in providing more effective services to students in their practice of beginning entrepreneurship, promoting coordination between service activities, and strengthening the practice of service activity, and so on, so as to play their organizational functions.
