浅析封建官僚制及其对当今执政党建设的警示

摘　　要：封建官僚制根植于封建社会,自身具有层级严明的权力体系、合乎理法的人员选拔制度、组织人格的非人性化等特征,在一定时期为君王巩固政权发挥了巨大的作用。当然,封建官僚制遗留下来的种种弊端,也在执政党的建设过程中不断显现,比如党内腐败滋生扭曲了党员的社会价值,弱化了党的执政效率,侵蚀了党内的民主等。对封建官僚制的特征、存在的现实可能性以及弊端加以深入分析,有助于我党加强民主协商,强化法制建设,避免集权,建设一只高效的执政队伍。Feudal bureaucracy originated from Feudal Society and showed features such as power system with strict hierarchy, reasonable personnel selection system, non-humanistic organization personality, which played great roles in helping emperors consolidate their reign for a certain period. However, the various disadvantages left over from Feudal bureaucracy also appeared in the construction of ruling party. For example, the corruption within the Party has twisted parted members＇ social value, weakened the Party＇s administrative efficiency, and infected the democracy within the Party, and so on. We should make a deep analysis on Feudal bureaucracy in terms of features, practical possibility of its existence, and disadvantages, which will help our Party strengthen democratic consultation, strengthen legal construction,and avoid centralization of state power, so as to establish an effective administrative organization.
