摘  要:提出了基于智能手机可读条形码式样的甲基对硫磷快速检测技术。利用39码"+"、"-"结构的特殊性,将显色结束后的检测液加入到设计好的PDM S通道内并与打印的同色(黄色)的39码"+"组成"生物条形码",使得该生物条形码可以被智能手机条形码扫描APP读取,当不含有待检测物或者浓度较低时,会导致该条形码由"+"转化为"-",即阴性结果;当待检测物浓度较高时,扫描结果为"+",即阳性结果。然后,对于阳性结果,再对其扫描软件工作区域的数字图片进行比色分析,实现定量检测。This paper presents a smartphone-based analytical method for the rapid detectionof methyl parathion pesticide. Code 39 was used in the design of the assay, in particular it is based on the special coding between “+ ” and “ -”. The detection solution was injected into the designed PDMS channel plates which forms "the assay lines"; together with the printed background lines they represent the code 39 " + ", which was read directly with a smartphone. The absence of methyl parathion will result in the barcode " - ", which identifies the test as negative for pesticides. Quantitative detection of the pesticides can be then achieved by colorimetric analysis of the image obtained with the smartphone app.
