摘  要:应用基质固相分散一反相高效液相色谱法提取和测定了水果中三种氨基甲酸酯农药残留。通过实验确定了最佳前处理条件:弗罗里硅土作为萃取吸附剂,样品与吸附剂质量比为1:4,洗脱剂为丙酮:二氯甲烷=3:7(v/v)的混合液,洗脱剂的体积为10mL。在优化的实验条件下,三种氨基甲酸酯农药的检出限在0.02~0.62μg/g之间,测定的线性范围为0.20-40μg/g,相关系数在0.9957-0.9990之间。方法应用于检测水果样品时,平均加标回收率为80.4%~116.5%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~8.0%。Three carbamate pesticide residues in fruits were extracted and detected using matrix solid-phase dispersion-reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The optimum pretreatment conditions were obtained in experiments and are as follows: Florisil as the best extraction adsorbent, the mass ratio of sample to dispersant at 1:4 ,a mixture of 3:7(V/V) acetone: methylene chloride as eluting solvent, and 10 mL eluent volume. Under optimized experimental conditions, limits of detection ranged from 0.02 to 0.62 Ixg/g, the linear range of determination was 0. 2 - 40 μg/g and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9957 - 0. 9990. When the developed method was applied to the fruit samples, average recoveries of 80. 4% - 116. 5% were achieved and corresponding RSD values were within 0. 7% - 8.0%. The method is simple with less solvent consumption and the test results are satisfactory.
