高效液相色谱法检测袪痘化妆品中6种抗生素及甲硝唑

摘　　要：建立了一种反相高效液相色谱一二极管阵列检测器同时测定祛痘类化妆品中美满霉素、土霉素、四环素、金霉素、多西环素、氯霉素及甲硝唑的分析方法。样品用0．1mol／LHCl-甲醇提取，采用AgilentSB-C18色谱柱分离，以甲醇、乙腈和0．005mol／L草酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱，二极管阵列检测器检测，检测波长268nm，以保留时间和特征光谱图定性，外标法定量。结果表明，7种化合物在0．5～100mg/L均与其各自对应的峰面积呈良好线性关系（r≥0．9992），方法定量限（S／N=10）为1．0～10．0mg／kg，回收率在80．5％～112．8％之间，精密度在6．4％～13％之间。该方法适用于祛痘化妆品中6种抗生素及甲硝唑的检测。A method for the simultaneous determination of minocycline, oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline, doxycycline, chloramphenicol and metronidazole in anti-acne cosmetics by phase high performance liquid chromatography is described. The sample was extracted with 0. 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid- methanol, gradiently eluted with methanol-acetonitrile -0. 005 mol/L oxalic acid as mobile phase and seperated by Agilent SB-C18 chromatographic column. Under the wavelength of 268 nm, target compounds were qualitative analyzed with retention time and characteristic spectrum and quantified with external standard method. The result of this method showed that the calibration curves of target compounds were linear （r≥0. 9992） between 0. 5 and 100 mg/L. The quantification limit was between 80. 5% and 112. 8% determination of six kinds of antibi accurate, fast and good separation of this method（S/N = 10）was between 1.0 and 10. 0 mg/kg. The recovery and the RSD was between 6. 4% and 13%. This method was suitable for otics and metronidazole in anti-acne cosmetics with advantages of sensitive, effect.
