摘 要:提出了一种利用膜富集结合固相漫反射紫外光谱对水体中的菲含量进行快速检测的方法。选取尼龙膜作为固相吸附基质,对被测组分进行高效富集后,对浓缩在膜上的组分不经洗脱直接进行固相漫反射紫外检测。优化了实验条件(pH、真空度、体积),并建立了相应的标准曲线。结果表明,在0.02~0.09mg/L范围内,吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,《为0.9965;在0.02-0.2mg/L范围内,两者呈二次关系,R^2为0.9982。在最佳实验条件下,检出限为0.0087mg/L。将该方法应用于实际水样中菲含量的检测,回收率在98.2%~104.2%之间,RSD在1.4%~2.9%之间。Based on membrane enrichment coupled with diffuse reflection UV spectroscopy, a simple, fast and sensitive method is proposed for the determination of phenanthrene concentration in aqueous solution. In this paper, nylon membrane was selected as matrix for efficient enrichment of the analytes and the spectra on membrane were collected without elution. The experimental conditions such as pH value, vacuum degree and sample volume were optimized, Results showed linear relationship in the range of 0. 02 - 0. 09 mg/L ( R2 = 0. 9965 ), and the estimated limit of detection (LOD) is 0. 0087 mg/L. The recoveries were between 98. 2% and 104. 2% when tap water was analyzed, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 1.4% to 2. 9%.
