摘  要:以重油悬浮床加氢常用的鼓泡床和环流反应器为研究对象,选用欧拉两相流模型和RNGk-e湍流模型对其在重油一氢气实际操作体系和工况下进行计算流体力学(CFD)模拟,考察不同表观气速下(O.01~0.1m/s)2种反应器内整体气含率、气含率和液速径向分布的异同。结果表明,2种反应器内均形成了液相循环流动,但环流反应器的流动特性优于鼓泡床反应器,因此在模拟工况下环流反应器更适合重油悬浮床加氢工艺。Two-dimensional axisymmetric CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations of bubble column and airlift reactors were performed based on Eulerian multiphase model and RNG k-e turbulence model. The hydrodynamic characteristics of bubble column and airlift reactors, including total gas holdup, gas holdup and liquid velocity distribution, operation with a heavy oil-hydrogen system, were compared in a range of superficial gas velocities (0.01- 0.1 m/s). The results indicated that liquid circulation flow was formed in the two slurry bed reactors. And airlift reactor is better suited for slurry bed hydrocracking process than bubble column reactor because of its larger gas holdup and liquid velocity.
