摘  要:某金矿石为少硫化物金矿石,矿石中金矿物粒度细小,微细粒金矿物占89.15%。金矿物与脉石和黄铁矿关系十分密切,其中脉石矿物粒间金占62.19%,黄铁矿与脉石粒间金占17.82%,有13.58%的金矿物包裹于脉石矿物中。浮选试验磨矿细度为-0.075 mm占75%,捕收剂采用SK和丁基黄药优化组合,一次粗选,二次扫选,二次精选,在原矿金品位为1.88g/t时,试验获得金精矿金品位45.05g/t,金回收率为82.35%。There are a small amount of sulfide minerals in a gold ore, the dissemination particle of gold min- erals in the ore is relatively fine, micro--grained gold minera content is accounted for 89.15%. Gold min- erals is closely relationship with gangue and pyrite, gangue minerals of intergranular gold accounted for 62.19%, pyrite and gangue intergranular gold accounted for 17.82%, 13.58% of the gold content package in the gangue minerals. The grinding fineness reaches --0. 075 mm 75% of flotation test, SK and butyl xan- thate optimization are collector, a roughing floatation, twice scavenging floatation, twice cleaning floata- tion, gold grade of 1.88 g/t in the run of mine, the results of tests show that the gold concentrate with 45.05 g/t gold grade and 82.35% gold recovery is achieved.
