湖州市中小企业知识产权维权现状与保护

摘　　要：随着经济全球化和知识经济的迅猛发展,企业发展的内驱力逐渐从资源竞争走向知识竞争,知识产权逐渐成为企业抢占竞争制高点的关键因素。通过对湖州地区100多家中小企业进行问卷调查、访谈,分析中小企业知识产权维权保护现状及存在问题,并据此提出湖州中小企业知识产权维权保护的对策建议。With the rapid development of economy globalization and knowledge economy,the internal drive of enterprise development has gradually changed from the resource competition to knowledge competition and the intellectual property has gradually become the key factor for the enterprise to mount the commanding height of the competition.Through questionnaire and interview with more than 100 small and medium enterprises in Huzhou,Zhejiang Province,the paper studies the status quo of intellectual property rights and existing problems in this region.On this basis,the paper brings forward countermeasures and suggestions for intellectual property right protection in Huzhou＇s small and medium enterprises.
