摘 要:应用症状自评量表、身体自尊量表、一般自我效能感等量表对140名体育专业大学生,在健美操教学实验前后进行心理健康状况的调查,以探讨健美操"创新式"教法促进心理健康的实际功效.结果表明:实验班学生"躯体化"、"人际关系"、"抑郁"、"恐怖"四项因子实验后得分明显低于实验前得分;实验班学生实验后总分明显提高,主要表现在身体自我价值感、运动技能和身体吸引力3方面;实验班学生实验后自我效能感和积极参与感的得分显著提高.结果提示,在健美操教学中运用"创新式"教法,学生的学习兴趣和参与意识增强,心理健康水平也可能通过身体自尊、自我效能感等中介变量的改善得到提高.With the Symptom Self-assessment Scale, Physical Self-perception Profile, General Self-efficacy Scale, an investigation aimed to reveal the positive effect of innovatory teaching method in aerobics teaching on psycho-health is made up of 140 college PE Majors' psycho-health status fore-and-aft aerobics teaching. Re-sults show that the aft-experiment scores of such factors as somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, and horror are significantly lower those fore-experiment ones in the experimental class;the total sum of PSPP was significantly increased and the general physical self-worth, athletic skill, physical attraction were changed remarkably after experiment in the experimental class;The self-efficiency sense and active participation sense were significantly increased in the experimental class compared with that before the experiment. The result showed that students' study interest and participation were significantly increased, Students' level of psycho-health were improved though some intervening variables like physical self-esteem and self-efficiency by intro-ducing "innovatory teaching method"into aerobics teaching.
