运脾化湿清肺汤对脾虚型特应性皮炎血清IL-2、sIL-2R影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察运脾化湿清肺汤对脾虚型特应性皮炎患者的疗效及对白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、可溶性受体(s IL-2R)的影响。方法:采用特应性皮炎积分(SCORAD)指数评价患者的病情,并检测治疗前及治疗8 w后血清IL-2、s IL-2R含量。结果:治疗组、对照组治疗后总有效率分别为100.00%、68.33%,两组治疗后临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8 w后,治疗组s IL-2R水平降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IL-2水平降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。s IL-2R与皮损面积、皮损形态均呈显著正相关(r=0.39,P<0.05;r=0.40,P<0.05)。结论:运脾化湿清肺汤治疗脾虚型特应性皮炎具有确实的临床疗效,极大程度地降低血清学s IL-2R水平,从而增强机体免疫力,降低患者复发率。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of ＂Yunpi Huashi Qingfei decoction＂ on atopic dermatitis of spleen deficiency syndrom,interleukin 2 （IL-2）and its soluble receptor （sIL-2R）. Methods：Using SCORAD to evaluate severe degree of patients,levels of IL-2 and sIL-2R in serum were detected before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment. Results：Total effective rate of treatment group and control group was respectively 100% and 68.33%（P〈0.05）. Compared with control group,sIL-2R level in treatment group was reduced （P〈0.05）after treatment. The correlation analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation between sIL-2R and the lesion area （r=0.39,P〈0.05）,between sIL-2R and lesion appearance（r=0.40,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：＂Yunpi Huashi Qingfei decoction＂has definite efficacy and could reduce the recurrence rate through reducing the serum sIL-2R level and enhancing immunity.
