四川藏区少数民族婚姻家庭习俗的法律研究

摘　　要：少数民族的多元化婚姻家庭习俗是我国少数民族文化的重要构成元素,对四川藏区少数民族婚姻家庭习俗的研究在社会学领域和历史学领域备受关注。四川藏区集居着藏族、彝族、羌族、纳西族等20多个少数民族,通过分析四川藏区少数民族婚姻习俗的概况,研究四川藏区少数民族婚姻习俗与婚姻法的冲突,得出少数民族婚姻家庭习俗与婚姻法的融合点,促使国家的婚姻法及其补充规定和变通规定与少数民族婚姻家庭习俗之间更好的接轨和良性互动。Diversification of marriage and family customs of ethnic minorities is an important constituent element of the minority cultures in our country. Studying marriage and family customs of minority in Sichuan Tibetan Community is of much concern in the field of sociology and history. Ethnic minorities gathered and lived in Sichuan Tibetan Community are more than 20 ethnic minorities, including Zang,Yi,Qiang and Naxi nationalities. By analyzing the marriage customs of ethnic minorities in Sichuan Tibetan Community and studying the conflicts between the marriage customs of ethnic minorities and marriage laws in Sichuan Ti- betan Community, this paper finds out the fusion point of marriage and family customs of minority and mar- riage laws, and thus promotes better convergence and positive interaction between the country＇s marriage laws and their supplementary regulations and provisions and the marriage and family customs of ethnic minorities.
