摘 要:清代"文字狱"戴名世"南山集案"是主流话语权与士人话语权的残酷斗争。文化霸权威势下方苞构建的"义法"说受到了隐藏于《狱中杂记》中的心底情感话语权的微妙挑战。《论文偶记》展露了刘大櫆对审美话语权的执着追求,并在此基础上生产了"神气、字句、音节"等审美话语。姚鼐借汉宋话语权相争成功地构建了桐城派。后来,桐城派在不同历史语境中命运沉浮,其中均有政治意识形态的背景,都渗透着权力的作用。The Qing Dynasty "literary inquisition", started from Dai Mingshi ' s Nanshan Anthology , was a cruel struggle between the mainstream official discourse and the intellectuals' discourse. The authority of the "principle of reason" constructed by the cultural hegemony was challenged by the private emotional discourse hided in Dai' s Records in Prison. Liu Dakui' s literary comments expressed his persistent pursuit for aesthetic discourse, creating some aesthetic utterance such as "personal spirit, words and sentences, syllables" etc. Yao Nai successfully established the Tong Cheng School by leveraging the authority of the discourse of the Han Dynasty and the Song Dynasty. Afterwards, the ups and downs of the Tong Cheng School in different historical contexts all have some political and ideological backgrounds and immersed with the function of political power.
