护理干预在宫腔填塞纱布条治疗剖宫产术中大出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在宫腔填塞纱布条治疗剖腹产术中大出血的临床效果。方法剖宫产手术行宫腔填塞纱布条治疗大出血的产妇104例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规的护理方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用优质的护理干预,比较两组治疗效果。所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和χ~2检验。结果治疗组患者的子宫切除率为0,对照组为13.46%,两组比较,P〈0.05,具有显著性差异;治疗组有效止血率为94.23%,对照组有效止血率为84.61%,两组比较,P〈0.05,有显著性差异。两组住院时间及不良反应比较,无显著性差异;治疗组满意度为96.15%,对照组满意度为86.54%,两组比较,P〈0.05,具有显著性差异。结论对剖宫产术中大出血行宫腔填塞纱布条治疗的产妇进行护理干预,有利于提高未来生活质量,值得推广。Objective To study the nursing intervention in the uterine cavity filling gauze strip clinical effect for the treatment of massive hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods Cesarean section surgery of uterine cavity filling line article gauze treatment, 104 cases of maternal hemorrhage, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group using conventional methods of care, the treatment group use the high quality nursing intervention, Compared the treatment effect of the two groups. The data obtained using analysis of variance, t test and χ~2test. Results The treatment group of patients with uterus excision rate is 0, the control group was 13.46%, two groups have significant difference（P 〈0.05）; treatment group effective hemostatic rate was 94.23%, the control effective hemostatic rate was 84.61%, the two groups have significant difference（P 〈0.05）, there was no significant difference between length of hospital stay and adverse reaction in both groups. Satisfaction with treatment group was 96.15%, the control group was 86.54%. The two groups have significant difference（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The uterine cavity filling gauze of massive hemorrhage of cesarean section use the treatment of maternal care intervention. It is benefit to improve the future quality of life, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
