摘　　要：家庭视频监控系统中常见的异常情况有3种:运动目标的出现、监控画面中光线强度的突然改变和与背景亮度对比强烈的目标闯入.对上述3种异常情况进行了详细分析和实验,实验结果证明,本研究提出的方案能有效进行家庭视频监控中异常情况的检测.There are three kinds of abnormal situations in the home video surveillance system： the appearance of moving objects, the sudden change of light intensity in the monitor screen, and the emergenee of moving objects whose light intensity is different to the background. In this paper, three kinds of abnormal conditions are analyzed. Experiments show that this scheme can effectively detect the abnormal situation in the home video surveillance system.
