摘　　要：新建的2×1800^3高炉开炉分为三个阶段，第一阶段开炉准备，包括各种原燃料及培训学习准备、做好各种预案；第二阶段做好高炉开炉料的理论配料计算及加料要求；第三阶段点火开炉，包括点火初始风口配置及第一炉出铁要求等。通过精心准备，两座高炉均实现快速开炉达产。Blowing-in of New-built 2 ×1800m^3 BF was divided into three stages： The first is preparing blow-in, including preparing materials and fuels and training, making the preparedness plans. The second is calculation of burden and charging. The third is blow-in , including collocation of the tuyeres at the beginning of and tapping of the first heat. Af- ter good preparation, two blast furnaces have reached its design capacity at its commissioning.
