摘　　要：中厚板卷厂采用转炉一精炼（LF＋RH）-生产中碳低磷钢。为了达到脱磷的要求．提高终点磷命中率，减少点吹，减少转炉工序增氮，采取副枪TSC测量后提枪倒渣再吹炼方法。一倒命中率达到96％以上，成功实现了该钢种批量生产。Medium - carbon low phosphorus steel is produced by converter--refining （ LF ＋ RH）-- continuous casting process. Some measures has been taken to increase dephosphorization such as improving hit rate of end point phosphor- us, decreasing blowing times and nitrogen absorption of converter process. After measurement with sub lance TSC and slag pour - out then blowing again. The hitting ratio reaches 86.67% at once slag pour - out. Medium - carbon low phosphorus steel can be put into batch prodction .
