斑点追踪联合组织多普勒技术评价足背动脉斑点患者左室收缩功能

摘　　要：目的 :斑点追踪联合组织多普勒技术评价足背动脉斑点患者的左室收缩功能。方法 :筛选70例患者分为2组:试验组35例,为足背动脉斑点组;对照组35例,超声检查均无足背动脉斑点。对2组进行心脏长轴切面18节段斑点追踪技术(speckle tracking imaging,STI)的纵向峰值应变LS和组织多普勒成像(tissue Doppler imaging,TDI)收缩期峰值Sa参数测定。结果:试验组心脏长轴各节段STI参数LS均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),心脏长轴各节段TDI参数Sa均明显低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:足背动脉斑点患者已有不同程度的左室收缩功能的降低。Objective：Evaluation of the left ventricular systolic function of dorsal artery of the foot spot with speckle tacking and tissue doppler imaging. Methods：70 patients were divided into experimental and control group equally,and patients of the experimental group with dorsal artery of the foot spot. Speckle tracking and tissue Doppler imaging were performed in the long axis view of the heart in 18 segments in all patients. Results：Each section of the long axis STI parameter Ls in the experi-mental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Each section of the long axis DTI parameter Sa in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions：Left ventricular systolic function with different degree reduced in the patients of dorsal artery of foot spot.
