摘 要:通过正交试验方法,研究掺砂量、砂的细度模数、水泥掺入比和土样含水率等因素对水泥砂浆桩无侧限抗压强度的影响,分析各因素的敏感性及各水平的效应。试验结果表明,水泥掺入比敏感性最大,其次是含水率,较小的是砂的细度模数和掺砂量。水泥砂浆桩无侧限抗压强度随着水泥掺入比的增大而增大,随着含水率增大而减小,掺砂量存在一个最优值。By using orthogonal experiment analysis method to study the influence of sand content,sand fineness modulus,cement ratio and moisture content on unconfined compressive strength( UCS) of cement mortar pile,the identifying sensitive to various factors and the best combination of mix are obtained. The test results show that the ratio of cement to cement is the most sensitiveone,followed by moisture content,the fineness modulus of sand and sand content are small. The unconfined compressive strength of cement mortar pile would increases with the increase of cement content. Since that strength would also decrease with the increase of moisture content,an optimal value of sand content was found.
