摘 要:目的:验证并研发一套个体化、经济实用及便携式的三维人体创面扫描系统。方法:采集第一次前来医院就诊或第一次换药时的烧伤患者病例数据,采用无菌薄膜勾边法(A法)与使用BurnCalc扫描方法(B法)在患者身上测得创面面积进行比较。使用配对t检验检测两种方法结果的一致性。结果:A法与B法所测得面积相比,运用配对t检验进行统计分析,差异无统计学意义(t=0.54,P>0.05),运用B法所测得面积与A法测得面积一致。结论:BurnCalc扫描系统是一种无创、准确及个体化的三维人体创面扫描系统,可作为一种评价患者烧伤创面面积的通用方法。Objective: To test and develop an individual, economical, practical and portable wound scanning system. Methods: Burn patients treated in hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected as samples, the data was collected during first visit to the patient or when the first dressing acquisition. Wounds were measured and compared in patients with burns by Transparency tracing method(A method) and BurnC alc scanning method(B method). Results: Compared to the area of A method and B method, paired t test was used for statistical analysis, the conclusion has not statistic significance(t=0.54, P〉0.05), there was not statistically significant, the area is consideredthe same from A method and B method. Conclusion: BurnC alc scanning system is a noninvasive, accurate, individualized 3D wound scanning system, it can be an general method for the evaluation of wound area.
