摘　　要：目的:调查了解新疆地区地方甜菜制糖业职业病危害现状,提出相应的防治对策,为制糖厂在预防职业病和保护劳动者健康采取针对性的防护措施提供理论依据。方法:对新疆地区地方5家甜菜制糖厂职业危害现状进行调查,对生产工艺过程中产生的职业病危害因素实施检测,并结合现状调查,对检测结果汇总分析。结果:甜菜制糖厂生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、噪声、高温、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、硫化氢以及氮氧化物等,检测结果显示粉尘、噪声及一氧化碳的作业点和(或)工种的检测结果不合格,其余危害因素的检测结果均在职业接触限值范围内,判为合格。结论:对接触粉尘、噪声、高温及化学物的作业点和(或)工种,尤其是粉尘、噪声及一氧化碳的作业点和(或)岗位除加强卫生工程防护措施外,还要做好个体防护,并根据作业人员接触职业病危害因素的种类定期组织职业健康体检。Objective： To understand status of occupational hazards in beet sugar industries, suggest some prevention measures, and to provide theory basis for beet sugar industries at Xinjiang to take targeted key prevention measures for preventing occupation disease and protecting laborers＇ health. Methods： Status of occupational hazards of five beet sugar factories in Xinjiang were investigated, and occupational hazards that produced during production process were measured, the results were analyzed by using the obtained data combined with actuality of the each factory. Results： The main occupational hazards that produced during production process are dust, noise, heat stress, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and nitrogen oxides. The measured results show, dust, noise, carbon monoxide are unqualified, while rest of the hazard factors are qualified. Conclusion： Some hygienic engineering measures for occupational disease control and prevention should be strengthened particularly at operating point or jobs of dust, noise, heat stress and chemical. Moreover, it should strengthen the individual protection. Occupation health examination should be carried out regularly according to occupational hazard factors that the homework personnel may contacted.
