高校档案管理工作存在的问题及对策探析

摘　　要：现代社会的不断发展,学校的规模也在不断扩大,随着对教育教学质量的高标准的要求,高校的档案管理也要与新形势下的发展相适应。为了较快地适应高等院校的教学,协同科研和政务的管理工作的顺利进行,本文就目前在高校档案管理工作中所出现的问题进行了探索,并且提出了相应的治理对策,得出高校档案管理工作应该朝着充分引起重视、进一步提高认识、优化创新模式和创新机制等方面进行建设,不断实现档案管理工作的现代化和信息化水平。With the continuous development of modern society, the scale of the school is constantly expanding. Along with the high standard of education and teaching quality, the file management in Colleges and universities should adapt to the new situation. In order to adapt to the teaching of higher learning, collaborative research and government management work smoothly, this paper explores the problems occurred in the university archives management, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. It is concluded that the management of university archives should be paid more attention, to further improve the understanding, optimize the innovation mode and mechanism.
