摘 要:目的:研究减压内部沸腾法提取青蒿中青蒿素的最佳提取工艺。方法:以青蒿素得率为评价指标,考察解吸时间、解吸浓度、提取压力、提取浓度、提取温度、提取溶剂用量各因素对提取率的影响,优选出最佳提取工艺,并与常规提取方法进行比较。结果:减压内部沸腾法提取青蒿素的最佳提取工艺为:取青蒿粗粉10g,加入80%乙醇溶液50mL,常温(25℃)下解吸20min,加入35%乙醇溶液100mL,提取容器置于50℃水浴中,减压至-0.02MPa提取30min,即可。此条件下,青蒿素提取率为84.82%。结论:减压内部沸腾法提取青蒿素具有安全、高效、廉价、简便等特点,与常规提取方法比较优势明显,适用于工业化大生产。Objective:To study the best extraction process in extracting artemisinin from artemisia annua in Decompressing Inner Ebullition.Methods:Taking the yield of artemisinin as measurement,observe and study the effects on extraction yield,impacting by factors including parsing time and concentration,extraction pressure,concentration and temperature,ratio of material to liquid.Finally,the optimum extraction technology was selected to compare with conventional method.Results:The best extraction process in extracting artemisinin in Decompressing Inner Ebullition turned to be:The Artemisia annua coarse powder 10 g,50mL in 80% ethanol solutionat,room temperature(25℃),the desorption of 20 min,adding 35% 100 mL ethanol solution,extraction water bath container at 50 DEG C,decompression to-0.02 MPa from 30 min,under this condition,extraction rate of artemisinin could be 84.82%.Conclusion:Compared with conventional method,decompressing inner ebullition featured by safety,efficiency,economy and handiness in extracting artemisinin.
