摘　　要：汪世强教授通过对郁火咳嗽内在病机的把握,结合多年丰富的临床经验,采用和解疗法,温肺散寒,治疗郁火咳嗽疗效显著。介绍汪教授采用小柴胡汤合姜、辛、味加减治疗久咳2例,颇有成效,以飨读者。Through grasping the internal pathology of the stagnated fire cough,Professor Wang Shiqiang combined with his rich clinical experience over the years,considered that this cough symptom belongs to chronic cough,the illness cycle is more than one month,even extended to the lung,therefore,adopting the clearing therapy targetedly to warm lung and dispel cold,it is of notable effect to cure the stagnated fire cough.This thesis mainly lists two cases to show the quite effective methods to readers,which are adopted by Professor Wang Shiqiang to cure chronic cough,to give other doctors some references.
